Dear Professor. Susan Garreis,
Thank you for your reply and corrections of my English.
I will answer your questions.
>I hope you eat a Maryland crabcake someday.
>I think you would like it.
¨I thought of looking for a recipe for Maryland crabcakes. I want
to cook world foods!
>Here is one recipe for fried Maryland crabcakes.
http://allrecipes.com/recipe/maryland-crab-cakes-i/
>There are many recipes for Maryland crabcakes.
>Some are fried. Some are broiled. I like broiled ones.
>The secret to a Maryland crabcake is Old Bay Seasoning.
¨Is there like any other cuisine in the United States?
>I am not sure what you mean.
>Here are two possibilities:
Do you like any other cuisine in the United States?
Does the United States have any other types of cuisine?
>I like plain food. I love beef in stews, hamburgers, meatloaf
and soups.
>There are many types of cuisine in the US. Cajun cooking in New Orleans
Louisana is hot, spicy and seafood based. They often cook alligator, since
those animals are plentiful there. California has its own style of cooking,
very much influenced by Asia, including Japan. The midwest (center of the
country) has lots of delicious beef and pork. That is where most of those
animals are grown. New England (the northeast corner of the US) has its
special version of seafood dishes, especially lobster. The southeast corner
of the US has the most delicious desserts and fried chicken. Food ships
all over the US. All of us in the US eat all types of American cuisine.
¨Since I like to cook, there is a great interest!
>¨The country around the Nagato river still is undeveloped.
>It is beautiful!
¨I am sorry.
¨Do not have the time this week, I have not been able to take a
picture.
¨I think I have the time and want to attach a photo shoot.
>When you have the time, I would love a photo you took of the
Nagato.
>But do not worry if you cannot take it.
>You are very busy!
>Have you ever seen an art exhibit there?
¨I've never seen more than once.
¨I got the impression very modern and stylish.
¨In the future, I want to live in a house with furniture and such.
>That would be wonderful!
¨Thank you for attaching a photo.
¨Congratulations on your cousin's marriage!
Thank you. I will tell them.
¨Many weddings are performed in churches in Japan.
¨However, sometimes performed at shrines and temples.
¨In that case the groom wears a Hakama.
¨The bride wore a Kimono called Uchikake and white Kimono called a
Siromuku.
¨Wedding, solemn atmosphere drifts rather than glamorous.
>American weddings tend to be glamorous.
>My cousin's wedding was more casual than glamorous. It was
still pretty fancy, though.
¨Please see the URL I included below.
URL:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kimono
>Thank you for the URL for kimonos. They are beautiful!
Sincerely yours,
Kazu
